FIRST TIME USING THE WEBSITE 

1. Enter following website into web browser:

https://clubs.bluesombrero.com/Default.aspx?tabid=482517

2.   Click on Register

3. Complete the Create New Account.  (It may recognize that you have an account already but it gives you the option to make one anyway – it will show in red above create account)

4. Complete Primary Parent/Guardian Information and Click “Continue” at the bottom

5. Click on the icon to answer “What best describes you?”

6. Complete the New Participant Section for your First Child

7. Click “+New Participant” to add another child or if you have added your last child, click “Continue”

8. Complete the 3rd section- Program information- Click “Select” next to each program you want to register for (they will turn to all green)

9. Scroll to the bottom and select “Continue”

10. Complete the rest of the check out process and answer any questions about the programs

RETURNING USER TO THE WEBSITE 

1. Enter following website into web browser:

https://clubs.bluesombrero.com/Default.aspx?tabid=482517

2.   Click on LOGIN

3. Complete Login information

4. On the Home screen- click on “#available programs” green button

5. Complete the Programs you want to register your child for by clicking “Select” next to the ones you want

6. Scroll to the bottom and select “Continue”

7. Complete the questions under Step 3- Program Information

8. Complete Step 4- Confirm and Check out
